ML suspension

Replacing compressor, valve block, and relay. Any tips ?

What mileage? Mine was done just before warranty expiration, luckily. Seems to be another weak point in the '06s.

Mine is about to roll over 100,000 miles. This is really the first problem we have had since buying it 2 years ago with 45,000 miles on it. It seems this is a common problem, I just hope this fixes it without having to replace the struts.

Ours was replaced at 43k, you could hear it leaking air at the pump. I was told that because it's made of plastic it's always going to be the week point... It only took an hour to replace so it maybe an item to have setting around just in case.

Its a very nice option but I wouldnt want it due to very costly repairs.

I dropped compressor first, but it seems like the best way would be to leave compressor in the mounting bracket with valve block and drop them together.

Replaced compressor, valve block, & relay. Front end raised up worked fine for an hour or so then I drove to store and when I came out the front was flat again. Sometimes it stays up after parking and sometimes it goes flat after parking. I am at a loss.
