Help! keep getting too lean codes 2091,0749,2095,0745

Already replaced MAF and then O2 sensor. What gives?

nevermind i figured out that the air cleaner cover was not on all the way and unfiltered air was getting in

That will not set a fault code....We have had several MBZ's - with 272/273 Engines - that have been driven for months with the air filter housing totally removed (missing) and st no fault codes....
