Are there any members out there who have running boards plus mud flaps. When I ordered my 09 ml350 I opted for running boards and was told I could not get the OEM mud guards as thy won't fit on the front fenders once the running boards are installed.

Will be ordering a 2013 ml350 next year and an thinking about dropping th running boards as I think the OEM mud guards add protecton. Can add then on the rear with running boards but I think it might look strange.
