prerequisite for warranty work
Hello, I was just curious if you MUST have your schedualed services (10k, 20k, 30k, ....) done at the mercedes dealership in order for them to honor their 4 yr./50k warranty by MB.
Does anyone have experiences regarding this matter ? thank you.

No, you do not. There is a federal law that states you do not have to.
You can get work done wherever you like, including doing it yourself. You just have to keep records and use OEM or OEM-equivalent quality parts.
