91 octane premium required, ANY advantage to use 93?

Try it. Some engines are tuned a little conservatively and will respond to a higher octane fuel. Others won't. Only one way to find out! (You won't do the engine any harm by experimenting.)
BTW, almost any turbocharged engine works better on higher octance gas, but unless you have somehow gotten hold of a new twin-turbo 550 you may or may not notice a difference.

Here in Texas we only get 93. 93 has worked flawlessly for 3 vehicles rated for 91 octane minimum. One has to wonder how accurate the pump numbers are in the first place. I reckon that using 93 octane will hopefully guarantee 91 octane minimum.

I always use 93 but I have a tune as well, even before my tune it seemed that the engine ran smoother and free'er (is that a word?) with 93.
