20" ML63 Style Rims

Got the ML63 style rims in (4) 20"x10" These are aftermarket rims and allow me to run a decent size 20" tire with a reasonable amount of sidewall. They are from forum vendor powerwheelspro and ultra reasonably priced.

How much do they weigh? Good question. I'd say less than than oem 21's but I don't have a scale. Ask Vassili at Powerwheelspro.

What price did you pay for them shipped to WA? I didn't see it on the website. What size bolts did you use? Cheers and TIA!

I dont know if those weigh less than OEM, I am thinking not. I am betting they weigh at least 35 if not over 40 pounds per wheel in the 20x10 size.

i agree that they probably weight much more than factory but they look sooooo nice. i think bigger would be nicer though. factory is 19 already.

I wanted this particular style in a 20". I also wanted the 20" size so I still have a modest sidewall. My wife has Scoliosis and I need a little Cush.
Hell, try and find another wheel set (4) in a 20x10 in a 50mm offset that fits. Not too damn many especially 10" wide in a 50mm offset so I'm not overly concerned about how much it weighs. Not a lot out there to choose from besides the old dated 5 spoke AMG in a set (4) of 20's.
Ask Vasilli @ powerwheelspro, maybe he knows what they weigh

Bigger is also heavier. This is the closest to ML factory 21's as I want to get. 22's look great if you don't mind the horrible ride, bent rims, flats and 1/3 the tire life and twice as expensive tires.
To each there own. I wanted this style and this size.

What length lugs did you end up having to use? 14mm?

Cheers

Hi guys,
Thanks for posting pics Hary.
To address some of the questions, the weight is comparable to OEM wheels as they come out of the same low pressure casting process.
The OEM size I don't think is as wide as these, 20x10, these are around ~35lbs.

Regarding bolts, the bolt diameter would be the same as OEM 14mm and the thread spacing 1.5mm. The length I think would be good to use with the oem bolts, I will wait for Hary to confirm, in some cases they might be a tad too long. We are getting the 28mm short bolts in 1 or 2 days in and in 10 days we are getting the 40mm so we are confident we will be able to support a request for shorter bolts if needed.

Thanks

They do look amazing, I am excited to see pics on the car.

Vassili, sent you an email and PM... lol

When I moved up to 20x10's last year.. I needed longer bolts, but I guess it's wheel dependant.

Hi B-tsai,
Unfortunately Hary got the last set we had in stock.
We will be getting more in soon though.

Regarding bolts, our wheels typically need shorter bolts. Some shops either grind down the existing bolts or they buy the shorter ones from us.
The applications are so different though it gets confusing. There have been cases that customers needed the shorter bolts from us and some where they could use the stock ones.
That is for the ML/GL. We have a pretty good understanding of the passenger car applications, the stock ones work 100% except CLKs and older C classes.

Thanks

Thanks Vasilli. I ordered the bolts Monday from Deborah and will put the whole package together when everything is here.
I do alot for others and have been told I'll have a professional grade video put together when I get everything.
I'm really looking forward to a new set of wheels and tires.

Hi jimmyp,
The 814 option is only in the finish above, in fact that is the actual wheel you would get.
The price is $789 and shipping is $85.

Thanks,

I will have a 2012 ml350 bluetec in a week. Do these wheels fit the new model (166) m class?
