Not until you pull the diagnostic codes and post them here. It could be anything from a gas tank cap open to impending doom.

The CEL should have a two phase warning, one like you have showing and when things really go bad just a row of $$$$.
But like said above, if you don't have a message in the digital screen telling you to take it to service it's probably minor.

Do an internet search for "OBD11 code reader".
Or if you live in the US, several auto parts stores do it for free. But I must say the dealer or a specialized MB shop can also help.
