'08 ML550 Headlamp wiring diagram/harness
Hey guys I got into an accident with my ML and the headlight and fog light harnesses were ripped off. I called the dealer and they want $2900 for the vehicle harness.
I know BMWs very well and know the E9x chassis like the back of my hand. I know BMWs can detect short circuits and disable them to prevent malfunctions/battery drain/etc. Does Mercedes Benz do this aswell? I am getting no voltage at any of the harnesses. A few wires will read about 2-3v but nowhere near 12v. Fuses and relays have all been checked and verified working.
Do I need dealer diag software to reset the short circuits? Also I need the pin layouts for an ML550 equiped from the factory with OEM xenons, with the lighting package. A picture of the harness would be of extremely great help. The dealer knows nothing about the pin layouts of the headlamp/fog harnesses.

I have the same problem with my 2008 ML550 w/sport package. The harness was cut off at each side at the frame rail for the headlights, foglights, etc. Any luck with a diagram or infomation?
Any help is GREATLY appreciated....
