Rough idle/shake on 2011 BTec at altitude

Lol, Mikapen. Local MB service did say that they see a lot of altitude related issues here in CO that other parts of the country don't see.
How many miles do you have on your 2010 ML?
Did you get the extended warranty?
We are at 42,000 miles and almost 3 yrs into manufacturers warranty, so need to buy a MB extended warranty soon or trade it in for a 2013 GL. We were quoted $4,800. to extend the MB warranty 3 years and to 100,000 miles.

We have about 35k - ours was a leftover 2010 we bought in November 2010.
We bought the long M-B warranty - total of 7 yrs (extend by 3 yrs) but we chose 125,000 mile limit. We hope to keep our ML for a long time. Don't remember the cost but it was pricey!
Also had one on our '03 C240 and it paid for itself more than once. I'd hate to think what a valve body and torque converter would have cost....
