2006 ml 530
"Check engine" light is on, auto zone checked- code p2187. The fuel cap is tight. gas tank was never low before this light. any idea about repairing and associated cost by a mechanic or dealer. i cannot do repair myself. north metro atlanta, ga. thanks.

Is code p2187 "system too lean at idle bank 1"? If so, a quick search pulled up replacing the intake manifold or just the gasket.
