Seems that a seller has a few aftermarket kits of Fender flares for sale.

Nothing new, they are made out of fiberglass, rather than the OEM ABS plastic. They will work just fine, I'm considering them myself.

Ordered them on the 14th... no tracking number nor update from the seller yet (18th today)... still trusting that he'll update with "Shipped" soon.

Yup, got my refund from Paypal/Ebay.
Had to wait out the dispute period though.
Noticed that the seller had multiple ebay accounts:

Maybe these ones are fake too:
