ABS ESP inoperative see owners manual

ABS ESP inoperative came up while in motion. There was a noise from the wheels and it was really had to move the car. Switched of the car and back on again and the car could now move but same alarm was still showing on the dash monitor. How do i fix this problem? Its a 2009 ML350.

Sounds like it could be an ABS sensor problem. Needs to be checked by the dealer.
