Recently I noticed my 2006 ML's xenon lights look quite dim, not much brighter than regular halogen. Also the cut-off line is not as sharp as it supposed to be.

Do xenon lights lose the brightness over time or is this something related to the ballast? Has anyone with older model ML experienced this? How bright is your xenon? I put the new bulbs just one year ago and lens covers are clear.
