2009 ml350 40k mile service due soon
i have to have F service done in 4k miles.. Any idea whats involved? and how much it can cost at the stealership?

I know its the regular oil, but what else is involved?

Any insight is greatly appreciated

You will find the maint there. Off the top of my head, filters, trans fluid change, and if its been 2 years, then brake fluid flush.
