Text reader speed - but no SMS texts
Can the 2010 ML COMAND read incoming texts aloud?
My S550 has this option in COMAND but it never gets ungreyed. I connect my phone through Bluetooth, apparently it requires a hardwired connection and specific compatible phones. It doesn't work for my Android Samsung Galaxy S2.
A loaner C class (2012 I think) read my incoming texts and displayed them on the COMAND. Cool.
I see a menu setting for Text Reader Speed. Is this for SMS texts, or for system responses, like navigation prompts?
