Premature Upholstery Wear--Update
Hello all,
Posted an earlier thread regarding premature wear of the leather on the drivers seat on my 2012 ML350. Vehicle is 19 months old. MB initially said there is no warranty coverage for this situation.
Went back to the dealership and had a heart to heart conversation with the service manager who subsequently contacted MB again. The bottom line is they are going to replace the seat. Pleased about the outcome but still concerned about the durability of the leather seats, especially in view of the fact that I have a 2014 ML550 on order, also with the leather option
