SRS coding
My ML350 MY2007 has SRS light on.
The scanner says fault code 91C2 as "the coding of control unit N2/7 (Restraint system control unit) does not correspond with the actual installation variant of control unit WSS and/or it component"
It maybe due to initial effort of a shop to install an ECM and coding the SRS control module. Now the new ECM is already installed by the dealer but the SRS fault is still on and the dealer want to replace the SRS control module.
Is there anyway to clear the wrong coding or reprogam the SRS control module?
