Possible Aux battery at home depot!!!!
Hey everyone!!! Recently my aux battery went and I've been contemplating whether or not to pay the dealer for one, and I happen to be shopping at home depot when I saw this sitting in the electronics section. Its a 12v 7ampH battery which looks exatly like ours but for only 33bucks!!!!
Gonna see if its a perfect fit tomorrow!!!!!

They are basically the same batteries used in Motorcycles, snowmobiles etc. You just want to make sure it is sealed. I purchased one at Walmart for me E320 when it went out, came dry with a container of acid. Worked fine.

But I'm confused. You are posting in the W164 forum and drive an E320? The above is not the auxiliary battery used in W164. Not sure this is exactly right but the W164 uses a pretty standard 12V 1.2Ah SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) battery such as this one for $13: http://www.batterymart.com/p-12v-1_3ah-sealed-lead-acid-battery.html

If you mean Home Depot internet # 203642200 its only $21 in Alabama.
