interior power cut offs

interior power cut offs
I have weird electrical problem with ML 350 w164 2006.
While driving sometimes power cuts off from interior equipments very short periods, but not from the engine (i guess) because it's running perfectly.
Batteries has been replaced no affect.. 15R relay changed to rear SAM no affect
When we try to diagnostic it with STAR , it doesn't give any reasonable fault codes. Only thing what is sure the voltage really cuts off very short time, under a second. It can be seen with STAR too.
While driving a car sometimes it works ok, but sometimes interior fan drops revs, and brake light (!) flash in panel, battery light flash in panel, and display faulty message appears.
Also when turning signal is on you can hear from ticking noise of signal that there is power cut offs.
Maybe this has something to do with ignition switch or its wire, does anyone had this kind of problems? Thanks for any help.
