09 ML320 Bluetec Camshaft sensor failure?

2009 ML320 Bluetec
09 ML320 Bluetec Camshaft sensor failure?
one month pass warranty, and I got this check engine light came on. Plug in a code reader and I got P0340 and P0341, saying camshaft sensor. The car drives fine and didn't feel anything was abnormal. Erased the CEL and a week later, it came back again.

No starting issue and no driving issue, anybody has had same CEL code happened?

2009 ML320 Bluetec
Does anyone know where is this sensor located? I saw the Bosch sensor goes for 30 bucks online. Only if I know where this sensor is.
