W164 Exterior heated mirrors

Does anyone know if the RHD passenger side exterior mirror is heated, if so, does it have a fuse (can't find one on the fuse layout diagram) the drivers side works. Also how do you fix it, is it a heated bit behind the mirror, is it easy to get to, do you have to take the door apart?
Many thanks in anticipation.

I have an 09 ml 350 and the passenger side mirror is heated just like the drivers side. I am not sure if the passenger side mirror has its own separate fuse or not. I do know that to remove the mirror you have to remove the tweeter cover on the door to access the bolts if you need to remove the entire assembly. I do not know if you have to remove the entire assemble to gain access to the inside of the housing. My drivers side quit working long with the turn signal indicator due to the wires leading yo the heating element and the signal build breaking. The wires broke due to constant folding and unfolding of the mirrors. My independent MB mechanic made a wiring harness using heavy duty wire. You may want to check and make sure the wires are not broke resulting in the mirror not heating.

Hope this helps.

One more thing, I did check the fuse chart and it is not listed. More than likely it is one of the many fuses MB does not want owners to have access to.
