Do I really need 5 hours of labor cost for this service with only ~4500 miles on my 2011 ML?

I scheduled it for an oil service next Monday (I prepaid for 3 visits when I bought the car, I already brought it in for 1 back in Nov 2012).

 

Do you have only 4500 miles on the vehicle, or is it 4500 miles since you purchased? Its possible that the last service items were not reset correctly.

 

~4500 on the SUV..their first 2 years I only drove it a total of ~1700 miles.

 

In that case it does seem a high number of hours. You dont state if Bluetec or not, but here is a list I found from the maintenance guide. Oil, filter, Brake fluid flush, wipers, lube sunroof. If Bluetec, then drain and refill Adblue tank. Other than check this check that kind of stuff that should be it. I found the maintenance manual at
