I run dedicated snows mounted on non oem wheels for the winter. It really depends on how much snow driving you do. Michelin makes a very good snow, as does Pirelli or Nokian. Not sure where you are located.

i`am in chicago area
on acura rl 08 (sh-AWD) i have continental ExtrCont DWS. Snow last week( a lot) and 45-55 mpg no problem at ALL!!!!!!But summer kind of noisier.
so will order DWS for winter r19.
Do u change wheels radius winter and summer??>

Yes I use the Original 19" wheels for my summer tires. The winter tires I was referring to are mounted on 18" aftermarket wheels. I purchased the package with TPMS (tire pressure monitors) mounted and balanced from Tire Rack.

Just install Conti DWS on ML 350 2008. We have snow tonight so tomorrow big test for them. I have the same tires on Acura RL. It is All season tires but on snow for RL outstanding!!!! On summer could be quieter.
