I have to do a rear shock, so will be under the car weather permitting in a week or so. I'll look at how it is mounted and see if it is worth pulling the vacuum/pressure lines and electrical connection without replacing the sensor. Looks like you can get one near $50 if need be.

Dreaded Limp Mode

Did you get slight (even extremely slight) whiff of diesel coming through or when standing by the hood?
I had LIMP problem intermittently and MB wanted quite a bit of readies to fix the sensor. Coincidentally I also had the LIMP issue.
Same temporary remedy... start, warm slightly, stop, restart and all OK. But still the occasional whiff of diesel.
I asked MB to investigate the diesel whiff... but to leave the LIMP situation alone.
They replaced the small tube from the filter to the intake. No more diesel smell and MAGIC!! No more LIMP.
