ML Project Stage I

So here is the story. Back in the end of 2011 my '06 320 was close to 120k miles and had a ton of problems. I had to get rid of it and the mb dealer offered to buy it for me in exchange of me getting the '11 300. At first I said no way, but then he offered me a really nice price for the new ML, because the w166 had just gone into market and also a pretty nice price to buy my old ML ( which had problems with the gearbox and the turbo, but the dealer didn't know that ). I said ok. Got my ML and a couple of months ago i decided I want to make it look better. First I bought new wheels 20" from prior design, then i decided that I should do much more. Bought AMG bumpers and decided to paint the car in matte white. Told a friend who owns a small car shop about my thoughts of repainting the car and he said don't do it and I was like why the hell not?! He said that since the car needs to be disassebled for the repainting it should be done by someone who is very familiar with the car, because they loose parts they break clips etc (later on I found how right he was, even the people who work at the mb dealers are morons)... Nevertheless I was still going to repaint it until I saw plasti dip... I said to myself what the heck I'll try and if I don't like the look I will peel it off and repaint it with normal paint in the spring.
So I installed the bumpers and wheels and repainted the car. In my opinion plasti dip is great. Looks way better then I expected. Forgot to take pics before, but I managed to find some pics on my phone, color before was palladium silver.
Tell me guys what you think.

Is this an ML320/350 converted to look like an ML63? Did you change or exhaust or tips? Car looks great but those black wheels are hideous in my opinion. You don't see anything with those wheels, you might as well drive with steel wheels.
