Driver's Mirror

I was hoping someone could help me. The drivers side outside mirror (see picture) is wet in the area where the signal light is. Does anyone know how to repair this or at least disassemble it before it shorts everything?

Thank you,
Bryce

Is it still under warranty? If so, let the dealer repair.

Thanks 06 - no warranty here. I'm on my own with this one. Mirror seems pretty well sealed.
