Are there others here with a failed Voice Control Module on a 2008?
Most likely early 2008 models.

There was a DTB P-B-82.70/675 for a hardware failure of the module on W211 and W219 cars that use the exact same module.

My early build 2008 GL module is dead, and I am wondering if others had this problem and were able to get it fixed by MB.

I think that might be whats wrong with mine.. It doesn't work anymore.. Does anyone know where the module is located?

 

Under the rear seat on the drivers side, under the SOS phone module.
