hi,

i bought a new rotor from mb dealer and attempted to change it myself.

upon opening the box, i found that the rotor is in grayish blue color , and is very dull. it doesnt really look like shiny metal like the one thats on the car now.

my question is do i need to prime or sand it down before installing, or it can go on just like that pls?

That's a coating to prevent rust. Put it on and go.
