How to Download Bluetooth Contacts
I am having problems with my contacts in the Bluetooth on my 2010 ML350. I have my GalaxyS4 paired, and I HAD some of my contacts downloaded but some were missing so I deleted them to start over. NOW, it will not download any of my contacts????? 
Also, when they used to be there, they were all listed by LAST NAME in the contact list but in my PHONE they are listed by FIRST NAME... so I could never find them with the voice command because it might pick up '&' instead of John & Jane, for example.
Also my ICE (in case of emergency) contacts were listed under ICE, instead of their NAME.
ANY SUGGESTIONS..???????????? Thank you in Advance..!

2010 GL450 and 2016 GLE350
I had difficulty pairing my cell phone to my 2010 GL until I unpaired other pairings installed on the cell phone. MB demands to be first on the list!! Perhaps that might affect your contacts problem...........
