Hi guys,
I just traded in my 2010 Acura TL with 30k miles for a 2010 ML350 P1 with 35k miles
. I couldn't stand that car anymore and wanted something bigger. I drove it about 500 miles last weekend and had no problems. I just got a P0128 error code, so back to the dealer to get the thermo replaced. The serpentine belt is also squeaking so I'll have 'em replace that while I'm there..
Other than that, I love the car. It handles great and I got about 23 MPG. Not bad in CT traffic.
I was wondering if there are any issues I should be aware of. I turned down the extended warranty (4k+ for 3/30) because I can't imagine spending over 4k in 3 years on repairs, unless my tranny goes.
Any mods you guys suggest doing to the truck? I don't have the lighting package so thinking about doing that but not quite sure about the legality of changing from stock to HID kit..

2008 ML350
Congratulations! I am new to ML world as well. I purchased 2008 ML350 4matic not sure about the package but think it is P2. It only has 39xxx KMS on it and I am driving it for the last 2 weeks now and the truck smells and runs like brand new.
