Hi all,
I read a few threads about not working horn and then the horn pad or horn pad electronics have to be changed. My problem is, that the horn sounds suddenly while I'm driving. Can I check the horn pad or the the horn pad electronics?
I took off my steering wheel and disassembled it (not my first work in that area).
So my question is, could the problem be within the electronic part with all the little switches on the backsite (a1648200511) or could it be between the metal of the steering wheel and the horn pad (metal too, but isolated with 4 silicon spacers)?
Is there a way to test the electronics and the switches? For what is the connector with the 3 pins in the middle?
