Can someone explain to me what qualifies a Mercedes for the Certified Preowned status and one the does not qualify for the CPO status?

Mercedes has a protocol they apply to all CPO vehicles. They basically go through the entire truck and 'certify' that all is good. When I purchased mine the CPO work was itemized at $2,200 (dealer paid).
If you're looking to purchase the 2014 you can always have MB do a pre-purchase inspection.
