2010 Blutec Check Engine code P2004
Folks,
My 2010 ML350 Blutec check engine light is coming on and a local auto parts store said the code was P2004. There appears to be a few things that can throw this code. I did have the dreaded oil cooler gaskets replaced about a month ago and I am not sure if there is any relationship to this. The light only comes on after it has been driven for a while and I turn it off and then come back a little while later and start it up. I have noticed that it will push some coolant out when it sits over night. I have been keeping the water temp gauge up as I drive and it never get out of the normal range. It runs fine with no roughness and starts with no issues. The only thing I see the engine light comes on after it has been driven and then shutoff for a while and the coolant being pushed out over night.
Any thought comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
DaveO
