ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HELP NEEDED

2007 ML 350
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HELP NEEDED
Vehicle is a 2007 ML350
I had a bunch of things quit on the vehicle last week - all fuses look good
I tested all fuses with a circuit tester - the following fuses have no power to them at all
100 - front wipers
46 - cigar lighter
50 - rear wiper
59 - head restraints
60 - front wipers and glove box light
61 - airbag
THESE ARE ALL THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT WORKING ON THE ML350
What am I looking at - Relays? I don't feel anything click when i tun on the wipers.
I need a clue - can anyone advise me?
