2010 Ml 350 uneven tire wear
I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am. I have a 2010 ml350 that is eating tires like crazy. I got a sent of Continental Cross Contacts installed in October of last year. 10,000 miles in and all 4 need replaced. I am currently fighting with Continental about replacing the tires since they are supposed to have a 70,000 mile warranty. They are trying to tell me that I am experiencing abnormal wear and it must be due to mechanical problems with the car. They said they will give me a 50% pro rate deal on the same set of tires as a good faith gesture. I had the car aligned when the tires were purchased and the tires have been rotated every 5,000 miles like they are supposed to. My parents have a 2005 ml350 with bridgestones and have not had a problem. I do not know if I should take the deal since they are giving me some money off or just get a new tire that will hopefully last longer. Any suggestions?
