Mode $06 report - Need Help (2008 ML350-W164)

Hi,
I am getting below OBD2 Scanner result from Torque Pro: Can someone help me where to begin ? and what is really a problem ?. I have already changed Crankshaft Position Sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor (Bank1, B). Recent Oil Change. I am planning to change MAP Sensor as well but not sure if issue will be fixed or not. I have included $06 PID report as well
