Front Passenger Door Ribbon Cable
I took the passenger front door apart this evening to try and figure out why NONE of the switches work and the door doesn't lock. I discovered a ribbon cable that had been broken and STAPLED, yes STAPLED, back together. I've now been searching for the past 30 minutes for a replacement one and have come up empty handed. Does anyone have a part number for this?

Another possible solution...
After seeing the ribbon cable in the video I remembered seeing them somewhere else.
If the end connectors are removable, you may want to check with your local computer geek, I have seen these type of flat cables used in laptops and printers. Find a flat cable with the same number of wires and width and attach the end connectors. It should be worth a try.
