My 2006 ML350 has dead conductor plate. I run star diagnostics and conductor plate module is not listed. So how hard is to program new conductor plate?

 

I mean that transmission module is no longer communicating with rest of the car. I have check engine light on and error code no can message received from transmission. Park number for transmission module is not listed in star after running diagnostics.

 

Previous owner took it to dealer where it was determined that transmission module was not responding dead they went as far as hooking up different conductor plate and it worked. So i need to install new conductor plate.
