I have a rusty leaking trans pan and a leaking power steering reservoir.
As noted by the dealer during an oil change...
350 labor and 435 for the pan seems a bit high???
330 labor and 139 for steering res also seems high???

1350 total?????

Is this the price at the dealers on the mainland??
I know I can buy an OEM pan for less than 100.....
The pump reservoir for less than 50...

The reservoir is fine. Its the o ring that has gone bad. Costs $1.99.


Happened to me. Did it myself. But on a V8 550 man was it a PITA because there was no room.
