Mercerdes ml w164 320d 2006 sudden transmission Loss !!
Hi I recently purchased a ml320 which has developed a few issues firstly my ABS/ESP light come on then as i was driving up a hill and al;so on a straight road it would loose power ie whilst in drive it would revv up high but it would move that fast and then suddenly it loss complete power whilst driving so I parked up and switched off/on but now it will go into drive/reverse etc ok but when you press the gas in gear it wont move but just the engines revvs go up high but the car will not move in drive/reverse. I have had it put on a star computer by a local indy who said apart from ABS rear sensor coming its not showing any faults so he is a bit confused as what could be causing this issue especially when the diagnostics is not showing any fault codes. The only fault codes it has are stored in memory from previous. so any help or advice would be appreciated if anyone has had a similar issue or suggestion of what it could be or how they resolved it
