Limp mode P244a, P2002, P2454

Hi All,
I got the check engine light a couple of days ago, and car went into limp mode with shifting issues (hard downshifting). I picked up P244a and P2002 error codes. Clearing the codes fixed the issue briefly, but car went into limp mode again, with no check engine light. Pending fault codes read P2454 "Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure Sensor Circuit Low". Clearing the code resolves the issue for a period of time. I'm thinking to replace Differential Pressure Sensor, anybody experienced this?
Thank you.

I replaced the DPF pressure differential switch in april on my wife's 2011 Bluetec. Sensor was around $110. It is located on the passenger side of the engine back by the firewall and fender. You'll need to release two clic clamps to remove the sensor and there isn't much space to do it. Took me about 1.5 hours trying very hard not to break anything or injure myself. It will look like the one in this post though that is an older model and had the switch under the vehicle. If I were doing it again I would replace the clic clamps with something like these to make life a lot easier. The other poster says that the clamps are 11mm and 13mm. After I replaced it I drove it the next few days and the code self canceled after about three drives.

Thanks jkaetz. Replaced the sensor today. I have the tool for these clamps, so it wasn't too complicated to do the job. Air filter housing needs to be removed though. Error codes are cleared, test drive went ok, fingers crossed this resolves the issue. Here are some pics:
