Temp warning light on a R 320 CDI

Hi all.

I have a Mercedes R 320CDI and am about to drive to Europe again this year but, as worried that my car is displaying a temp warning message when my cars temp is between 85-90 degrees. I am not sure if the car is actually over heating or not. I am not losing any water at all.

Is my car safe to drive and is the car just giving a false message.

Any help with this regard would be greatly appreciated
