Electrical maybe?

hi i recently bought a 06 ml 500 from my mom she wasnt driving it due to she bought a brand new car. long story short i had to get a new battery because after we gave her battery a jump the dash said visit workshop. i replaced the main battery but the visit workshop light still is on. now it also says oil low add two quarts (oil was just changed in jan) it also says coolant low. checked coolant its at correct level. could this be a major leak or some sort of electrical problem

It is my understanding that the Aux. Battery will effect a lot of the computer controlled systems if it is low.
