Are either one of these my sat control module?

The satellite radio in my 2008 ML350 quit working and is forever acquiring signal. Can anyone tell me where the module lives? This is what lives under the drivers side rear passenger seat. Are either one of these the sat control module. All the sat modules I've seen have a Sirius logo on them. Are these modules plug and play or do they need programming to the vehicle? I've seen used ones on ebay etc, but non of them look the same. When I look up part numbers for the orange labeled module it shows as a communications module (phone?) Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It's not clear as to the location of the photos you took, but the module, N87/5 is located under the left rear seat and that module connects to the Roof Antenna Module N87/5, located under the headliner.

You can do whatever you like but I suggest you have the truck scanned for codes to narrow down the problem.

Bought a used Sirius module off ebay. The module lives underneath the pictured modules on my photo. It's the black box that is visible between the top two modules. Not to bad of a job. Crossing my fingers this is the issue and not the antenna.

The install was successful. Yeah!

Once I pulled my original out of my car I was concerned that the part numbers did not match, even though the replacement module came from the same year and model w164. See picture for my original module.

The replacement module part number is 211 870 33 89.
