2007 ML63, 2004 E55

Navigation isn't working

Hi there, I have a 2007 ML63 and I'm getting an error code, it started out once in a while and now about a year later it does it more than not,

"Cannot read navigation DVD Please check DVD" is the message that appears

Any ideas???
