Radio firmware upgrade to fix BT issues

I've got some questions about radio firmware upgrade options. I'm having some issues with bluetooth that I'm hoping to get resolved. BT streaming was not available so I bought one of those Tune2Air units and it works great for streaming music now. The issue now is with the phone. Two things:
1) When I'm using the phone, the sound from the other person intermittently drops out. I have to ask them to repeat what they just said
2) When I turn the car off, the BT system just hangs up the call. It's supposed to transfer the call back to the phone when BT source is removed. I know it's not my phone (iPhone 6s) because it works perfectly on my other cars.

Has anyone resolved issues like these with a firmware upgrade? Also, does anyone know what the latest firmware version is for this radio? I have a 2011 ML350.
