program issues 2007 ml350 w 164
battery changed without external power source. I think the cars memory was lost now wipers and interior lights not working. all the fuses are fine. any suggestion how I can fix this.

I checked every fuse replaced number 60 which was for the light in the glove department and part of the front wipers. All the light and instruments have power. Yet the wipers are still not working and at night my control panel is not lighting up. its pitch black at night I have to manually turn the cabin light in order to see the buttons. Thank you Maj for replying so soon would like to hear back if you have any other suggestion.

I got my battery replaced from a mechanic who took out the battery without giving the car external power. The car was completely dead I think for 3 min or so. Now front wipers do not work(the rear wiper still work) and the dashboard panel does not light up.

There are instructions on that page on what to do to reset windows, etc., in addition to what Maj. Dundee said.
