Rear windshield turned transparent from Dark
Hello Benz world,
I drive a ML500 W164 and I noticed my rear windshield turned from dark to transparent. I don't know how this happened. Was there a tint that could have been peeled off or there's a control somewhere that makes the screen go darker?

The glass itself is tinted, but its internal and not a piece you can peel off. Are you talking about the inside rear view mirror that will darken at night if someone is behind you? Or has your rear glass actually gone clear (untinted)? Unless someone has replaced the glass itself, I do not think this is possible.

I'm talking about the rear wind screen. The glass it self just became transparent. Like I noticed it after the car had been at a workshop for repairs. So I started looking out for other w164 and saw that they all had tinted rear windshield. Not just the rear windscreen but also those two side glass at the end after the rear door windows have also become transparent. It's a very weird problem.
