Remove rear disk (rotor)

I've a rear wheel locked up, pretty much. At this stage I don't know if it's the parking brake or the hub that's seized.
I've got the caliper off and looking on the disk there's an inspection hole with a rubber bung. Usually, behind these, is a slot or something to back off the brake shoes with a screwdriver.
Could anyone give me a clue as to the position of the adjuster on the clock face? e.g.3 o'clock or 9 o'clock or whatever.
If our favourite Major has a .pdf that'd be great too.

Seems that's my cause, one is seized and keeping the parking brake on, on that wheel. So I've ordered a new pair of cables.
