Timing chain?

Hello

Today I just noticed this noise at startup. It's very faint and lasts for maybe 0.5 seconds. It does occur every time the car starts. I'm worried it is a timing chain tensioner. I pray, it's not! I will say, I checked the oil levels and my car is reading slightly above the max level! The dealer just did a service B about 600 miles ago, so they might have overfilled.

Any ideas? I've attached a video of the noise

I would not rely on finger UYA answers----I'd run to the dealer for their professional input!
